Our Story

Graceful Property Management began in 2021 as Graceful Gardens Services, providing professional garden maintenance across the West Midlands. Following strong demand and steady growth, we expanded our services in January 2024 to include cleaning and property support, rebranding to reflect our broader vision of delivering complete property maintenance solutions. Since then, our cleaning division has grown rapidly, supporting both domestic and commercial clients. We now provide regular cleaning services for homes, offices, salons and hospitality venues, alongside specialist end-of-tenancy and short-term rental cleaning. In 2025, we further strengthened our expertise within the property sector by launching our own serviced accommodation in Solihull. This hands-on experience has allowed us to expand into property management support for other hosts and landlords, including staging, furnishing, listing management, painting and decorating, and ongoing maintenance. Today, Graceful Property Management is a reliable and professional property services company with a strong presence in Solihull and the wider West Midlands. We are committed to delivering structured, high-quality service built on reliability, attention to detail and clear communication. As we continue to grow into 2026 and beyond, our focus remains on building strong partnerships within the local property industry and providing dependable support to homeowners, landlords, estate agents and businesses alike.
